PREPARATION FOR YOUR EXAM
Abdominal: You should cease eating and drinking for up 8 hours
before your exam.
Pelvic and obstetrical: You should drink arround 1 Liter of water 1 hour before
your appointment and do not empty your bladder until
the exam is completed.
Other ultrasounds: no preparation
